Feeling good, calm, like that static humm of a fan in the summer again.... blank but also there.

But also very very sore.

After yesterday's core work I'm sore in my legs hips and butt, BUT I'm thankful for this short but sweet practice even though it included come balancing poses which i'm typically awful at.

All part of the practice right?
