And I mean all types of movement. When I was a kid my Mom mentioning that she'd like us to move was a sentiment that would send me into a sheer panic. Movement and change have things I've both craved desperately and faught in the past, but these days I try my best to take a tip from mr Lee and "be water my friend"

Today's class was meant to be a bit of a rest day as it's meant as a slow relaxing flow for seniors so I took my time, approached each transition with care but added movement where I could. - In the end it felt great, and I had a lovely view when I did open my eyes. Yoga in nature really is the best.
