I knew we'd come to this place in the challenge, Yoga over Christmas that is. Of course I knew it was coming when we decided to embark on a December yoga challenge but it's really here!

Even though I've been moaning a bit about how sore I've been, and how I really don't FEEL like practicing during a time where everything else for the year seems to be winding down... I'm glad that I'm still pushing myself, Even on Christmas Eve. Typically my physical activity would be taking a rest this time of the year too, so it's nice to be keeping the body feeling open, nimble and relaxed, instead of just slumping into a couch or bed like the Christmas potato I usually am this time of year...
It's probably for the best because of all the extra sweets, and alcohol, and stilton...oh the stilton...
