sorry I really couldn't help myself ;)...

RIght! Well! The creators of this challenge really are quite crafty, just when you’re 1000% over it. Discouraged, frustrated and hurting- they chuck you a class like this, and all is right in the world.



I’m definitely saving this one for future practices. It’s a quick 15 minutes for when you don’t have the time and really just need to get on with your day. It was perfect for this Sunday morning, because despite the fact that it’s the “Day of Rest” We’ve got some hustling to do. In the past 24 hours we’ve had 3 kinda major projects come on. Which means we may not be on the struggle bus for January/February (which is nice because those are our birthday months — yaaaas!).

The teacher Rachel Scott also teaches one of my other favorite classes called Hatha Yoga for a Hangover which is another perfect class for your creaky zombie body in the morning, or as a nice wind down before bed.

That’s about it friends! I’m back at the machine, ready for a day of pure crush mode. @teamhumble is cooing up some mushroom-y egg-y parmesan-y loveliness, and I’ve got ice cold lemon water and coffee directly to my right.

Time to engage the ol’ warp drive and get the hell out of the Delta quadrant
