Yep, it’s Day 15 friends. I celebrated with DoYogaWithMe this morning with a lovely 17 minute class designed to work out all the kinks before bedtime, but let me tell you, first thing in the morning it’s JUST as lovely.

Yoga challenge or no I often wake up with creaky bones, a tight neck and back and the general posture of a 90 year old, so this class was so perfect to bring me back into the land of the living today.

Even though it was a more gentle intermediate class, I felt really strong and open in my transitions between downward dog- to stepping through. I usually have to manually grab my ankle and inch it between my hands.

Also I noticed that my chaturangas are getting way better too. I feel like my arms and core are catching up to the leg strength I have and take for granted in other poses.

So YES feeling good today. To be honest I needed a “win” I was feeling really run down and discouraged (and had a bit of a toothache to boot)

But as we say every day, Tomorrow is a new day… and sure enough it was!

It was a quick little meditation time after class today BUT I was thinking about Christmas. Giving in particular. Challenging myself to give gifts that really bring VALUE to the lives of the folks I love this year. Instead of just adding STUFF.

I’ve got a few ideas but let me know if you have some suggestion of your own!
