This morning a sleepy and sore Dayleeo awoke from a restless slumber, stumbled out of bed and to the bathroom, and decided. "EF THIS" to morning yoga.

After a few coughs and sniffles, I was prepared for @teamhumble's flu to come on strong so I decided to take it slow and see how I felt. I knew I had an hour long class ahead of me today and something told me that feeling the way I did really wasn't going to make that possible...

I ended up pulling a near 8 hour day for one client alone, and although as the day progressed, my mental energy began to fade, my body started feeling better! I'm going to attribute that to the lemon infused water we had straight away this morning.

@teamhumble was a total MVP this week and grabbed this really rad fruit infuser water bottle from amazon, and I felt like that extra bit of hytration and nutrients really got my system going.

After I helped a frantic client meet their emergency print deadline, I took a deep breath, gathered my gear for yoga and headed down to my regular spot (which is now magically open again YAY!)

This practice was tough because of the legnth BUT it really wasn't as grueling as I thought it would be. It had a really easy flow and even though it was challenging and I had to modify some bits, It was over before I knew it! I really was expecting the worst!

+ Deep thoughts?

I had the nicesst Shavasana I've had in DAYS because I was in a locked room with room to stretch out and I knew no one would walk in on me. It's still not a large space by any means but I was able to reach my hands above my head and breathe deep...

No deep thoughts as such, other than thankfulness to have my little yoga den back. I'm starting to feel sore as hell now though, we'll see what tomorrow brings! More lemon water please!

It's been a long, cold, rainy, and mentally exhausting day and to be honest I'm struggling just to get this post out. I'm sorry if this wasn't the most mystical or interesting update to read everyone, I'll be better after some decent sleep and a fresh start tomorrow <3
