@teamhumble will tell you I'm a hydration MACHINE, and as soon as anyone around me tells me they're not feeling well the first thing I ask is.. Have you been drinking enough water??
Yeah I'm THAT guy.
I've set reminders on my phone, even put my bottle on top of my phone so that when I get a notification I have to be confronted with my water first.. but sometimes in the heat of the day, I break my own number one rule...!

The best think about the Ulla to me, is that it fits on any bottle! No need to get some overly expensive "smart bottle" that syncs to your fitbit and is in the "cloud" and all that other nonsense.
