I really wish you guys could all see me right now, it's quite a sight to behold. First, let me back up and tell you that this morning I woke up extra early and decided to treat myself to a longer than usual yoga practice. I usually go for between 25 and 45 minutes today I was going for a whole 65 minutes.

I'm not sure if it's something that I did in yoga or if it was the way I was sitting afterward but when I got up to fix my morning coffee only a few minutes later, my lower back is completely seized.

Ugh.

I powered through the work day, sorted out all clients, did a bunch of admin work on my own projects and even filmed a line for @teamhumble 's collab video project, but boy was I in pain.

So here I am laying in bed with my computer on my stomach dictating this text using the dictation software that I had no idea was even built into my computer, to write/speak this Steemit post to you.

LOL talk about phoning it in, But I didn't want another day to go by without posting something so here we are.

I was taking a look through my phone camera roll today and realized that today this day last year @teamhumble and I visited our very first cat café! (it was my first anyway, I think it was his first also) we went to a fairly local spot where all of the cats there are rescues were up for adoption. Really lovely place, good coffee, and really good food!

And the sweetest most lovely cats as well! I know I post a lot about dogs but I really do love every creature. Cats have such a different calming vibe. When there's a cat on my lap all is right with the world. And did you know their purrs make YOUR BONES STRONGER!!?

Oh my goodness SO MUCH coffee! Lol, I nearly forgot that bit. One of the baristas was practicing his cappuccino technique and since it was a fairly slow day (and probably more so because he fancied Phil, at least that's my theory ;) ) he gave us all his practices!- Needless to say, we were BUZZING.

Excuse the sloppy editing, but not bad for an AI right? I actually had my phone put this together for me from photos and videos of the day. It was a pretty decent experience, and although I know my way around an editing bay, I kinda couldn't bear the thought of more desk time the way my back feels at the moment. (Damn, we creatives all better find new income streams soon amirite?)

Until next time Steemians <3
