I know this is probably for kids, to learn/watch the growing your own food process... but I really want one!! Would love to keep it on my desk to watch :)

But more than anything, to actually watch the progress take place! That's pretty rad when we're thinking about how to teach kids where their food comes from. I think a child who watches a carrot painstakingly grow for WEEKS on end is much less likey to waste food in the future ;)
