This is so damn cute, I would have LOVED to have a little wire-framed posable buddy like this when I was a kid.
Not only does the Meddy Teddy teach kids yoga poses, he's a perfect meditation and mindfulness practice partner which has been shown to help kids become aware of their own bodies and deal with feelings of anxiety, frustration, confusion, fear, and sadness in a healthy way.
