Woa, could you imagine if this data was stored on a blockchain... !? Ok hear me out. Linksquare uses infared technology to identify things on a molecular level. Sure, it's cool because it's nerdy to see what things are made of, but from a perspecive of verifying quality or authenticity in a supply or production chain- this thing is MEGA cool.
I think the food industry is ripe (pun intended) for disruption in this area. When it comes to quality or safety, all we really have are obscure labels or stickers to let us know if our food is safe!
