
...and neither are arms. When it comes to those two muscle groups I feel like the geico gecko. But that's more reason than ever to work on it right?
I especially know how important core stregnth is for those with angry low backs like me so time to get to work!
This is certainly one I'm going to revisit to watch my progress- which is "Yoga" for. I STRUGGLED. But we've all got to start somewhere right?
