
Yes yes I know it's a meditation today but damn was this nice. I've been sitting a bit to much lately so I decided to take this meditation in "legs up the wall pose" If you've never heard of it It's not worth a google, it's exactly what it sounds like ;).
A big part of this meditation was the breathing work counting inhales for 4, holds for 7 and exhales for 8 and let me tell you, I'm going to remember that sequence for the next time I feeling anxiety... feeling good today!
