#Hope Holiday Yoga Challenge Day19 | Yoga For Headaches
A later than usual practice but this one was so cool and calming I didn't mind. I'm ready to slink into bed now and snooze my face off. This is the perfect gentle practice for after a stressful day, i'm thankful that I don't struggle with headaches regularly but I'm always up for some inversions reverseing the flow of spinal fluid and some sweet sweet alternate nostril breathing.
