Cmon friends it's 15 minutes. You can invest 15 minutes into your back cant you? Lovely to do before bed, with a nice focus on the psoas again. I haven't been feeling back pain but a quick practice like this as a break in between work sprints at the desk is the perfect way to make sure it doesn't come back!
