Well, if that wasn't just the loveliest thing! Don't snub your nose at the legnth of time of this class, a LOT can happen in 10 minutes... OH! ;)

Seriously, take this time, even though it's short, breathe deep and enjoy every last second.. all 600 of them.

PS. The piriformis stretch at the end was HEAVENLY and a new one to me, going to be using that in the future before bed for SURE
