first of all, this photo is making me painfully aware of my lack jedi-capey things in my wardrobe.

OK Yes. Blank page, that’s what we need. Tunes on? Check. Lemon Water? Check! Setting up that deep dive distraction free zone is so important to me in the mornings, I’m at the point where I want to leave as little margin for error in the mornings, since I usually wake up feeling like I had been sleeping for 1000 years.

Disoriented, stiff and sore, and generally unready to process the day. I once read that that kinda haze has something to do with hypothyroidism, which I believe I have a touch of. I do my best to keep it at bay with the right foods and exercise. Dunno, have you ever heard that? I cant remember where I got that bit of information from.

This morning, after this awesome wake-up yoga class….I washed my faces got to my computer, flipped on @teamhumble's @steemhunt Top 10 and started to pad out my goals for the day... unfortunately theres a few things on there I'm no so excited to do, or rather, nervous to do.

The biggest of which is make an appointment at the dentist’s office. Ugh. If you’ve been around for awhile you know all about my dental phobias, but it’s gotten to the point with a loose filling on one side and a cavity on the other that eating is becoming more and more of a challenge. I know, how silly- just get in and get it done Dayle- I’m pretty sure it will be covered (but the money side of healthcare just adds another layer of anxiety If I’m honest)- I’ve just had so soooo many bad and painful dentist experiences.

I’ve just noticed that my shoulders are tense and I’m actually physically grimacing typing this to you. But it’s got to be done. I hate it, but not being able to chew properly isn’t any way to live… if you can today, wish me luck.

It looks like the rest of the day is goin to be admin based, I’ll definitely be putting another @steemhunt up today, because I’m fully addicted at this point, as well as a kind of part two to my “Everything I Know About Buying A New Yoga Mat” guide, which is going to show ya which mat I ultimately ended up going with, and how I’m breaking it in- (yes there actually is a break-in process!)

It’s also on my list to confirm possible dog sitting dates- which I’m so so excited about, but somehow a bit nervous at the same time. I think I’m a bit scared they won’t be able to do the dates I throw out there, or go back on their suggestion for me to bring a guest (I’m sure you can guess who that would be). I’m not sure why I’m feeling that way- maybe it’s just excitement and anticipation going a bit too far. I need to check myself, and maybe skip the coffee this morning.

After that yoga class I linked up there, I felt like I had chugged 6 cups of coffee anyway. Ugh it was SO GOOD. If you’re not a morning person and you wake up stiff and sore like I do, this is the one for you.

OK friends. What else is there to tell you? Oh well I’d LOVE to make a Vegan lasagna this week- if you think I should document the process and post my recipe, let me know and we can certainly make that happen.


Oh! Yesterday @teamhumble surprised me, sent be a bit of steem and said- get that new web cam we’ve been taking about- Until now I’ve only been using the iSight on my MacBook. Yeah it’s rough. SO SO looking forward to getting that in the mail today and having a proper play so we can set up for more streams- (Chicken soup live stream last Friday was way too fun ;))
