Good morning you, yes you! It’s earlier than you’d like to be up, I get it. Maybe you woke up to a zillion texts from clients, or you scrolled through Twitter and lost all faith in humanity before your feet even hit the ground.
I’ve been there!
Grab some ice cold lemon water, and pull up a chair, and we’ll get through these sleepy morning vibes together by singing The Hello Song from the 1990 Film, Crazy People.
If that doesn't make you smile... I mean cmon! I used to sing that little tune every morning when I was a kid. (Also if you're seeing this @teamhumble, we should totally watch that together sometime)

It’s May the 4th 2018! Welcome! You made it to the future, I’m sorry we don’t have hover boards YET (well technically we do, but not like Marty McFly promised us). If you haven’t stretched or done some yoga or light exercise to get the blood and oxygen flowing I highly suggest you do that. TRUST me you’ll come back feeling a zillion times better.

I’m pretty sure I slept like a rock last night because I woke up naturally about 30 seconds before my alarm went off.. kinda strange. I’ll have to take a look at the ol FitBit data to confirm but I’m feeling pretty good!
The ol brain is certainly hazy, I am pre-coffee and breakfast at the moment after all, so maybe it’s too much to expect to be firing on all cylinders ALREADY, but I had to cut yoga a little short and just stretch when I noticed my back was starting to hurt. Gotta be careful! I got stuff to do today.

Little by little, I know I really have to get my core strength up, and work on slimming down at my middle. It’s so frustrating always fluctuating between bouts of back pain and instability. The loosing weight part is always so so hard, I have to fight tooth and nail for every damn pound, but more activity, and food balance can’t hurt right?
Speaking of foods I finally put together a shopping list for my Aldi trip (although it feels more like a pilgrimage ) this morning. I’m hoping to make it there early to avoid the crowds, and get everything I need for soups and possibly a lasagna! YAY!
Water. Time to take a water break…

Really working on increasing my water intakes as well because it’s certainly heating up around here and the general hotness, and mugginess can definitely make a girl groggy and trash that focus. So bottoms up fam!
Other than that, it seems like an average Friday in the world of Dayleeo. I’ve got some light client work to handle before I head out so I’m hoping its not too intense and energy sucking, I wanna keep that momentum up today!
