I've got to run out the door to the Chirporactor's office. Yep. I'm sick of this back pain, and yesterday while out on a lovely walk I noticed a CLUNK, CLUNK CLUNK in my left hip when I kicked that leg out to take the next step.

It's a bit like when you're learning to drive a manual transmission car and you let out the clutch too fast and skip a gear. LOL. I'm breaking down folks! Time for a tune-up! This type of hip dysfunction is part of why I do yoga every day, of course for the mental and strength benefits, but the stretches and poses I've learned, as well as posture and breathing have been HUGE assets in the fight against recurring pain.
I'm definitely on the mend, but I think getting everything put back in its place is really going to help in the long run. I used to work for this chirporactor years ago. One of the biggest things I've learned that is if one thing is out of whack, effects EVERYTHING as your body tries to compensate. In recent years, his son has graduated and joined in the practice, and there's a peaceful family atmosphere there, essential oil diffusers, the whole deal. Hopefully I'll be in and out and back on track with my day soon.

Oh, and his name is Dr Dale. So when I used to answer the phones I'd say "Hello Dr Dale's office, this is Dayle speaking, how many I help you?" And it would confuse the living hell out of everyone- lulz
Other than that I'm feeling quite a bit of anxiety this morning and I'm not sure why. Need to be mindful as I go through my day today and be careful not to just throw myself into work and come out a complete exhausted mess at the end of the day the way I usually do when I'm feeling like I need to ramp up.
Dear Dayle,
There's enough time,
you're good.
Breathe.

Dayle.
Ok, more lemon water and I'm off. What' do you have going on today friends? Also, let's play a game. Write a letter to yourself in the comments about one thing you want to remind yourself to do today- trust me it feels kinda great to do. ;)
Morning all!
