We really are living in the future aren’t we? Sending zeroes and ones to each other which our devices decode as subspace transmissions across thousands of miles in an instant.

Our technologies are powered by volcanos and we exchange time for digital currencies and storytelling ecosystem reputation. Damn. What a world.

When I was young my all time favorite cartoon was the Jetsons and I remember wishing the future would just show up already so things would be like they were in the Jetsons home in Orbit City.

Could you imagine having a van that folded into a briefcase. We'd be SO-TED MATE.

Also how Elon is that name, Orbit city. I’ve got bets on that being the name of one of the Mars colony condominium developments for sure.

Back on planet Earth, I’ve made a big rice cooker batch of lovely fluffy Jasmine rice to last me the week. I’m a little shocked how much it made. I really don’t think I used to eat this quantity in a week or so, maybe the basmati goes further cooked? Or maybe I really have adjusted foods that much.

Either way, I’ll be taking it easy and really avoiding the large meals before sleeps. A girl gotta get every quality hour she can! Especially after this past week of pretty consistently awful sleep. If I keep this up it’s only a matter of time until I start getting that flu-ish run down feeling and I know ain’t nobody got time for that.

SO! Sleep we must!

I really hope you’re getting your proper ZZZs in. I know how it is with us, one decent night and we’re firing on all cylinders (a feeling I haven’t felt in far too long a time) so, that’s what we gotta keep aiming for.

I know you’re running background processes of worry about your breathing, and that’s understandable, but remember you’ll have your inhaler on Tuesday and your appointment with the specialist is coming up soon. So in the mean time, proper rest and foods are the most powerful tools we have to feel better.

And exercise, which I’m glad you’re looking to get more of. I know I am. I’m excited to attempt more yogas tomorrow. Light stretching has been nice but I feel my muscles craving WORK. Kind of a cool feeling, actually craving something that’s good for you for once. I know it’s never been that way with me. But I’ve got to be really careful to throttle that and not let my enthusiasm cloud my judgement knowing my back isn’t back to the way it was yet.

I’ll get there, you know me, I just get excited.

Another thing I’m excited about? Waking up tomorrow and reading your note to me and saying my little groggy hello’s in Fleep. Going to aim for 6:30 tomorrow. I’m thinking if I get to bed fairly soon I just might be able to catch up on sleeps and pull it off. No reason why not so we gotta try!
