So, talk to me. How we doing? Feel alright? Decent sleeps? Solid night or multiple wake-ups? I hope you slept well and are feeling awesome this morning hunny.
I’m pretty beat, I’m getting to writing a little later than usual tonight because brother’s girlfriend came over and I got caught up talking to her about cryptocurrencies lol. She’s a really sweet girl and I’m glad she and my brother have each other. It was a nice change of spacial energy to have her hanging around for the evening for sure.
But damn I’m beat. Today was kind of an energy suck, from frustrating logistics in Upwork, to the dental Kerfuffl. I know these are all certainly first world problems. And I’m happy to be seen by a dentist at all. If it were up to Trump I wouldn’t even be seen, much less cared for, but damn, what an inefficient waste of time and money. Was really looking forward to being "done" after today, and having that taken away for the time being was pretty disapointing.
In other happier news I got the contract for the VO job tonight! The client sent it through along with two kids books for me to read (on the clock) as a test so I can learn what they need in terms of delivery and if it all goes the way we discussed on the phone, he’ll be sending more and more on a regular basis. Biza, one of the books is called ”Ducks Have Feelings Too”.
I. Can’t. Wait.
I got pretty consumed with migrating the data over into that tool CoinTracking you sent over. I almost had a full on panic when I noticed I had sent a decent chunk of bitcoin out of my coinbase wallet and I had NO record of it coming in on my primary wallet. I’m realizing how spoiled I’ve been by doing business with banks with slick interfaces and detailed memo lines. I need to remember to add memo lines to any transfers I can, because I couldn’t for the life of me think of where I’d send that money if not to my wallet. Turns out I had sent it to block trades to power up here on steemit. After I had the AHA moment, I checked my transaction history and sure enough, there it was.
Now that I’ve got that sorted I think I can finish up manually adding the last few transactions and double checking and then I’ll have CoinTracking set up from here on out. Excited to have a bit more accurate data than the little note I have in the notes app of values I’ve been painstakingly maintaining. it was always a long play, still is. Better than a bank account but the tracking is something I’m enjoying if only to learn.
