GOODMORNING & Happy Saturday Dear!
As I write this, it's doing that awesome thing that hot weather summer thunderstorms do around dusk where theres still the isolated droplet coming down and everything is an eerie bright orange where the storm is like "Yeah i'm done, but I'm still mad."
Even after the soakdown it's still showing nearly 80 deg here. Hot and muggy and sticky. Thankful for my little window air cons hard work. The thing is literally the size of a box of mangoes, and kicking out some serious cool air. Really once the humidity is out I keep it on low. Glad I've had it, its been a brutal summer here.
I've been in major chilldown mode for the evening. Was tempted to start in on some web work but decided on more trek, (sailing through season 2 btw) and been slowly tidying up my space.
Hoping to feel at least 50% better tomorrow, if not all the way better. Been noticing some healing progress and feeling worlds better than this morning.
Got THIS call around 6 PM...
Didn't know Apple knew when you were about to get scammed? LOL Never seen that before, thought it was interesting. Needless to say, I didn't pick up.
Really glad I pushed that little bit of extra effort to record my post today. I really get so much enjoyment from seeing a "transmedia" if you will, piece come together. A little storytelling, some jokes and sharing a perspective I'm passionate about, all coming together with graphics, words and audio. Dunno, gets me buzzed. Always been like that I guess, but forgot what it felt like for a long time.
Happy to be "back" in a sense.
Dad asked if I wanna go with him to the Farmer's market tomorrow as he's never been and I'm always on about how awesome the prices are. I can tell he's trying to explore more plant based stuffs with food. This week, I noticed he bought almond chocolate milk instead of his regular whole milk, and been eating salads with avocado on weekends. He REALLY loves the lasagna so he's been having somes when I make it too. Bless. He's trying, but I don't see the Ben & Jerry's going anywhere any time soon.
I still can't believe tomorrow (your today) is Saturday. And I'm hoping you keep to your chilldown plan. If I know my mouse you're dying to start in on editing the clips from your collab video project and will likely put out a few posts but rest rest!!!
I'm itching to play Paladins with ya too BTW, I'm telling you I've been CRUSHING with Zhin lol.
