Here we are, another morning! Another chance for me to share and decompress via keystrokes. It’s a bit chilly with intermittent rain this morning. I felt like a shower before I got into time on the computer was in order today. So that’s what went down. I’m usually an evening shower person, that warm clean feeling just before bed is the best. As a matter of fact I feel like I could crawl right back in as we speak.
Yesterday we caught the bus and spent some time out in town. We both needed the fresh air and exercise and time away from our machines, but it was a bit chaotic being one of the remaining Saturdays before Christmas. Big energy shift from being away from it all in nature for the majority of the time. Even so, we had a great day together, a few drinks at a few pubs (one even had a fire going!) shared chips, and shared laughs.
Gotta love countryside living. I've ridden horses as a kid, and I've also waited at many-a bus stop, but never have I seen horses ride by while waiting for the bus! They were stunning.
Thankful I’ve found someone who understands those different frequencies and is able to ride them out or switch them up with me. There were a few times (mainly navigating poundland) where we were just able to give eachother this look like GET ME OUTTA HERE. Haha it was like night of the living dead, truly…

Super happy to have gotten out, but glad to be safe and warm and chilled out in the van next to our little heater and salt lamp. I really do want to have a fully lazy day today but I think I’ll meet myself somewhere in the middle and do a bit of work but just enough to prep for the week. Here’s my little Saturday postit note.

shower - [ ] yoga? (truthfully, I’m not feeling a cold walk in the rain to go do yoga, but I’ve been waking up super sore and could use a good stretch, we’ll see)

- [ ] gathering photo assets to start another freelancer we work with on a new photography project on Monday (same client as above)
- [ ] padding out my next two steemit posts (one of which was a challenge nomination I’m kinda stoked about)
- [ ] bit of Upwork time checking for VO jobs
- [ ] work on a logo project for a friend here on steemit (really excited for this one)
There will be intermittent coffee and huggle breaks for sure and maybe a little gaming time, especially when mini mouser shows up (that girl gives the BEST hugs)!
