
Funny how this class being "only 5 minutes" cause me to procrastinate in doing it until late in the afternoon. But make no mistake, ya girl Adrienne gets the heat going right away.
I'm thankful for a little Sunday rest day as I woke up nursing a pinch in my neck and after drinks with my significant otter I'm just feeling a lazy chill sunday <3

I will say that if you get to the end of this video and are still hungry for more there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't repeat it another 2, 3 or 4 times. It cleverly feels a bit modular, so you could in theory mix and match it repeat it or tack it on the end of a more difficult class as a cooldown. Kinda like the idea of modular yoga, gives me ideas for a really cool mobile app actually... hmmm ;)
