This one took a little research to understand what all the fuss is about, so let me break it down for you the way I understand it. The design works on the principle that the smaller a measurement is, the greater an effect that an inaccurate measurement can have.

Because… maths…!

What would our world do without nerds… <3 This might seem a minimal improvement, and I’d probably never use it for cooking, but in Baking, where things have to be SO precise to generate expected chemical outcomes, this could be super useful..

And also for like, REAL chemistry and science stuff.
